Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Quantity: Serves 3 or 4
I never thought I liked Kale, but it's lovely stuff; Just like extra crunchy cabbage.
1 tbsp Vegetable oil
1 onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, sliced
250g (9 oz) curly kale, roughly chopped
1) Heat the oil in a saucepan and gently fry the onion and garlic until it is just beginning to brown.
2) Rinse the kale well, but don't dry it. Add it to the pan, stir it around and put the lid on.
3) Leave it on a fairly low heat with the lid on for 15-20 minutes.
