Chunky Oven-baked Chips
Oven Temperature: 220ºC/435ºF/Gas 7
Cooking Time: 50 minutes
Quantity: Serves 4
About 800g of potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp soya sauce
1) Cut potatoes into small wedges.
2) Sprinkle the potatoes with the soya sauce then the oil, and stir to coat the chips in oil.
3) Put in a roasting tray and cook the chips at 220ºC/435ºF until browned and cooked through.
