Aniseed Carrots



Oven Temperature: 200C/400F/Gas 6
Cooking Time: 60-70 minutes
Quantity: Serves 4-6



Ingredients

About 5 carrots
6 tbsp water or thereabouts
1 tbsp vegetable margarine
1 tsp aniseed
1 tsp demerara sugar

Instructions

1) Cut carrots into sticks
2) Put in a pan with the water and put other ingredients on top
3) Bring to the boil and simmer for about 8 minutes until the water has evaporated
4) If the water has evaporated and the carrots are not cooked - add more water
