Garlicky Asparagus

Ingredients

1 pack asparagus tips (100g (4 oz), about 12)
1 tbsp margarine or olive oil
Salt & pepper
1 chopped clove garlic (optional)

Instructions

1) If you're using garlic, fry over gentle heat in the margarine.
2) Boil the asparagus for 5 minutes until just tender, then drain.
3) Put margarine/ margarine & garlic on the asparagus, season and serve.





Cooking Time: 4-5 minutes
Quantity: Serves 2
