Quantity: Serves 6
This, with poppadoms, is an essential part of 'curry night' at Sue's house!
2 tomatoes chopped small
1/2 an onion or bunch of spring onions
Juice of a lime
1) Very finely chop the tomatoes, cucumber and onion/spring onion and put them in a bowl.
2) Squeeze the lime over the top and stir in the chopped coriander.
