Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Quantity: Serves 4
2 cloves garlic
2 sticks of celery
1 small head of broccoli - broken into florets
1 tin tomatoes
Water - about 500ml.
150 g lentils
1 tsp dried thyme
Salt and Pepper
1) Chop the onion, garlic, carrot and celery. Fry in a little oil until softened. Stir in the broccoli florets.
2) Add the other ingredients, except for the salt and pepper.
3) Cook for about 30 minutes until the lentils are cooked, adding more water if necessary. Season to taste before serving.
