Lasagne
Ingredients
1 quantity of pasta sauce/ or Bolognese sauce made with 200 ml (7 fl oz) water.
1 quantity white sauce
6 sheets of lasagne (the 'no pre-cooking required' sort)
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
1)Put half of the pasta sauce in the bottom of an ovenproof cookware dish. Cover with a layer of lasagne sheets, then pour over the rest of the pasta sauce.
2)Cover with another layer of lasagne, then pour the white sauce over the top. Season.
3)Cook for about 40 minutes at 220ºC/435ºF until browned.
