Vanilla & Banana Ice Cream



Quantity: 4 Servings



Ingredients

340g/12oz (1 pack) soft tofu
50 ml (2 fl oz) soya milk
50 ml (2 fl oz) vegetable oil
4 level tablespoons caster sugar
1 ripe banana
2 teaspoons of vanilla essence

Instructions

1) Put tofu and peeled banana in blender until smooth
2) Add other ingredients and blend again
3) Pour into ice-cream maker and freeze to perfection.
