Quantity: 4 servings
Juice of 1 orange
Grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons sugar
Orange liqueur or vegan brandy (optional)
1) Peel the oranges and remove all the pith with a sharp knife. Slice them, removing any pips.
2) Put orange slices in a bowl with lemon rind, lemon juice, orange juice, liqueur and sugar.
3) Mix gently and put in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
