Hot Chocolate

Cooking Time: 5-10 minutes


2 mugs of good quality soya milk
50 g plain chocolate
1tsp Vanilla Essence/Amaretto


a) For hot chocolate, heat all of soya milk in a pan then add squares of chocolate. Stir until melted then whisk to make it frothy and add the vanilla essence.
b) For chocolate milkshake heat about half a cup of soya milk, add squares of chocolate and stir until melted. Leave to cool then whisk the rest of the milk in with the vanilla essence. Leave it in the fridge for a couple of hours and whisk again before drinking.
