Quantity: 2-4 servings
340g/12oz (1 pack) soft tofu
2 tbsp vegetable oil
4 level tablespoons caster sugar
100g (4 oz) plain chocolate
1 tsp vanilla essence
1) Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of gently simmering water.
2) Put tofu, melted chocolate, vegetable oil, sugar and vanilla essence in a blender and blend until smooth.
3) Chill until thickened.
