Chocolate and Banana 'Ice-Cream'

This isn't my recipe, but I have to share it anyway! I got it from veggie's unite when I first went vegan. Simple ingredients but amazingly good!
340g/12oz (1 pack) soft tofu
2 ripe bananas
100g (4 oz) plain chocolate (Belgian is good, or Green&Blacks)
1) Melt Chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water
2) Meanwhile put tofu and peeled bananas in blender until smooth
3) Add melted chocolate and blend again
4) Pour into ice-cream maker and freeze to perfection!
