Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Quantity: Serves 2
1 block of ordinary tofu
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 clove of garlic
1 level teaspoon of turmeric
1 or 2 tablespoons of Soya Sauce
Lots of black pepper
1) Drain the tofu and crumble it up with your hands into a bowl.
2) Finely chop the onion and garlic, then fry them in the vegetable oil until softened.
3) Add the tofu and the other ingredients.
4) Heat through and serve with lots of nice vegan breakfast things like vegan sausages, fried tomatoes and roasted potato cubes.
