Quantity: 10 servings

This was my staple breakfast in the summer.


250g oats
50g jumbo oats
50g pearl barley flakes
50g wheat flakes
50g malted wheat flakes
100g raisins
50g dried apricots, chopped
50g dates, chopped
50g hazelnuts
50g brazil nuts, chopped
25g coconut flakes
25g sunflower seeds
25g pumpkin seeds


There aren't any really!
1) Put all ingredients in a big bowl and stir until evenly combined.
2) Store in an airtight container.
