Bacon & Avocado Ciabatta



Oven Temperature: 220C/435F/Gas 7
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Quantity: Serves 2



Ingredients

1 ciabatta loaf - part baked
1 tbsp vegetable/olive oil
4-8 rashers of vegan bacon, or fried smoked tofu
1 avocado
Vegan margarine

Instructions

1) Cook the ciabatta at 220C/435F/Gas 7 for 10 minutes.
2) Slice the avocado.
3) Fry the bacon in oil for a couple of minutes on each side.
4) Cut ciabatta in half and slice open each half.
5) Spread with margarine and arrange bacon and avocado slices on top.
